Terms of Service

The proposed terms for accounts, local file processing, licences, acceptable use, and service availability.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using ImportReady, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it.

Do not use the service if applicable law or a contractual duty prohibits you from processing the selected data in this way.

2. The service

ImportReady provides browser-based tools that inspect, map, and repair CSV and spreadsheet files for supported import destinations. Rule results are technical guidance, not a guarantee that a marketplace will accept, publish, or approve a listing.

Destination requirements can change. You remain responsible for reviewing repairs, maintaining backups, testing representative imports, and confirming business facts such as prices, tax treatment, identifiers, inventory, compliance, and product claims.

3. Your files and content

You retain rights in your files. The application is intended to process file contents locally, so you do not grant us a licence to store or reuse spreadsheet content.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process the data. Do not submit malicious files or use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, export-control, or platform rules.

4. Accounts and security

Keep account access and licence keys confidential. Notify support if you believe an account or key has been compromised. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to contain abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal exposure.

5. Free and paid access

The free tier processes the documented preview limit. Once paid checkout is live, paid offers will grant non-renewing access for either 1 month or 12 months, according to the plan and term selected at checkout. These are term purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions, and access ends when the purchased term expires unless another term is purchased. A paid term does not promise that every future destination, integration, or major product is included.

Stripe-hosted Checkout is selected for payment collection but is not live in the current pre-launch build. Before taking payment, checkout and the final production terms must show the total price, access term, taxes, applicable cancellation rights, and completed refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not probe or bypass security, defeat usage limits, share keys outside their permitted seats, interfere with workers or infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited, or use the service to distribute malware.

7. Changes and availability

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and supported rules. Maintenance and outages can occur. Where commercially reasonable, material changes affecting paid use will be announced in advance.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. ImportReady does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, marketplace, or data-governance advice, and does not warrant that an import will be accepted or error-free.

9. Liability

The final production agreement must define exclusions, liability caps, remedies, and mandatory consumer protections for the operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these draft terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing terms and contact

Before launch, identify the contracting entity, notice address, governing law, dispute forum, assignment terms, order of precedence, severability, waiver, and complete-agreement language. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
