The problem

An import fails and the error tells you almost nothing.

A renamed source column can leave a required destination field empty. The current mapper reports it before export.

Simple comma decimal prices can be normalized deterministically without inventing currency or changing the business value.

How it works

    Shopify, WooCommerce, Merchant Center or Mailchimp. Each has its own rule set.

    Read the report

    Supported findings are grouped by type, with affected rows and fields where available.

    Map and confirm

    Confirm destination columns, review unique-key duplicate handling, and preview each correction.

    Download clean

    When output is safe: corrected CSV, protected review report, and untouched original. Unsupported grouped Shopify files receive report and original only.

Required columns not mapped

Reports destination-required fields with no exact or alias mapping.

Unmapped source columns

Shows source columns omitted from the destination-shaped output.

Missing required values

Flags blank cells in fields required by the selected destination.

Duplicate identifiers

For destinations with unique identifiers, finds duplicate SKUs, IDs, or emails and keeps the first row.

Grouped Shopify products

Blocks corrected output when repeated Handles or option columns indicate relationships the simple-product mapper cannot preserve.

Formula-like values

Flags high-confidence spreadsheet formula syntax for manual review without changing destination data.

Outer whitespace

Trims accidental leading and trailing whitespace in mapped values.

Comma decimal prices

Normalizes simple comma decimals such as 19,99 to 19.99.

Email casing

Normalizes mapped email addresses to lowercase.

Basic email syntax

Flags mapped email values that fail a conservative syntax check.

Country-name mapping

Converts supported country names to two-letter codes.

Replacement characters

Flags unresolved � characters in mapped cells for manual review.

Local input size

Rejects empty files, CSV above 25 MiB, XLSX above 10 MiB, and legacy XLS above 5 MiB.
